Can 2k16 mods easily be installed into 2k17?

I'm not talking about existing models like modding Reigns 2k16 model into 2k17, but for example there's a Bobby Roode mod made for 2k16, could i easily install that into 2k17?

Yes but if the mod are bigger than 80 mb it wouldn't work
