SVR 2009 is not in .pck format nor is svr 2006. Not sure the commentary is by Michael Cole either. Seems to be JR. I'll look through and send you what I find. I haven't got svr 10 or 11,13 or 14 either. I will look through and send you what I do find.

Typically, you will be injecting to replace the announce name for another character found in the ra_m.pck file found in the Sound directory in the 2k17 folder.

At the moment, you will find only the DLC characters have their announce id's identified so they are easier to replace. 

Lets pick Greg Valentine for instance. You will need to inject into his announce files found in the ra_m.pck and DLC10_chaarcter_pack_1.pck which have been identified and listed.

You will find the announce names in the ra_m.pck fike located in the sound folder in the 2k17 main folder. Look foł the wrestler names that begin with LG( Lilian Garcia). You will also need to look in the DLC Character pack files located in the sound folder.
