I am using the 116 pac plus slot. Haven't tried Kidd's entrance yet, cause I replaced it with X-Pac's ported advanced entrance earlier... Quote

I'm referring to the packed Tyson Kidd 2 entrance moveset in the file archive for RVD? At any point did you attempt to use wall or mini trons for RVD? Quote

Mini/Wall trons: I tried to use those that were packed in the video I shared here earlier and I have these files still in my game folder.. Could this be a problem? Quote
AznBlusuazn Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 Remove the wall tron and mini tron. Make sure to use the 116 moveset I included that does not have the wall and mini trons. They are 100% the problem. Honestly, I would use the Tyson entrance because the RVD entrance only works on arenas with ramps from my testing. It looks like there is a mapping issue with "ground level" arenas and the weights on the yobj are all off. Quote

I've confirmed this is the case as I imported Hulk Hogan (replacing Tatanka), and only after I changed those bytes in the EVP, did the game load the tron/theme up. I also did the same with CM Punk's entrance (I used Rock as a test) and the same thing happened, UNTIL I replaced those bytes with the 00 64 (100 in hex, which is The Rock's slot). @iamtheVP, not sure if you've tried this, but what happens when you play the entrance in CAE? Is there a *.win file for the mini/walltrons added (ie. For Rock, he has 010000.pac, then 010000.win. I renamed the kib2 file to bk2 and just to make sure I used Rad Tools to "recreate" the bk2 (to ensure renaming didn't mess anything up). From there I used CCT to import the mini and wall trons into the slot (116). I guess the only this I didn't do was edit the entrance pac. I will give it a try later and see what happens. Quote

The reason I say this is because I had RVD and his entrance working with theme, tron, and minitrons for a long time. Then, when I finally got around to uninstalling the Hogan released in Tekken's thread to install the Hogan Megapack with all the working entrances, that's when RVD's entrance stopped working for me. I hadn't touched RVD's files, but suddenly he had no tron nor music during his entrance. Therefore, I've come to the conclusion that one of those evt files likely conflicts with RVD's entrance file in some way. Unfortunately, that's as far as my knowledge on this extends. I don't know enough about evt files to even begin comprehending how or why they conflict... I just know that sometimes they do, and that certainly would explain why some people don't have this issue (as I once did) and some people do (as I now do). 1 Quote

AznBlusuazn Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 Update: I revisited this. I had a fresh install of 2K17. I used WWE 2K17+ to install RVD and his entrance (slot 116) through the tool. I extracted the mini and wall tron files (kbi2 format I think) and renamed them bk2 and used CCT to install them into the game on slot 116. From there I used Data Editor to link the moveset to 116 for ch, entrance animation, and the titan wall and mini trons. I used pac plus and Boom! No problems. My theory is you have to use slots that existed in previous games for it to work. Quote
