commentators doesn't say the moves anymore

I think the latest patch messed up the commentary a bit, seen others on here say the same thing.

Yes, it's a bug with the latest versions of the game (also on consoles where the bug has been present longer than on the PC). We'll have to cross our fingers and hope 2k fixes it. Best to report it and complain about it on the 2k website.
If they tell you to reinstall etc. it's just their (automated?) standard answer to everything, it won't help so just reply to them pretending you did it and say it didn't work. That should get an actual person to deal with the ticket.
Also, tell them it is a bug with the game not a customer service issue and they should forward it to the developers to fix.

I complained a lot and they actually didn't admit it was their mistake. Instead they (almost) forced me into reinstalling the game, verifying game cache and told me to run the game in clean boot. 

I made already four bug/glitch reports and they gave me exactly similar responses (Verify game cache, send us your dxdiag and msinfo files, reinstall direct x). No help whatsoever unfortunately. 

Let's hope they realize it's their fault with more and more complaints.
