HOW TO CHANGE NUMBER OF WWE2K17 PAC FILE?

hello guys is this possible to change the pac number of superstars in wwe2k17 like change the ch36802 to ch36812?

If it is a mod ch, you just need to open the ch in a hex editor, find the current ch # and overwrite the number difference, save, then rename the file itself. 

If it is a file that came with the game, you'll need x packer to extract and repackage the ch into the older format

is this impossible to change pac number whitout x-packer 2017?and is this possible to extract 2k17pac whitout x-packer 2017

No, there are free tools for everything x-packer can do. But X-packer is a all in one tool.
