yes i verified cache files and tried to backup game files and everything nothing works

If this happened after an update, you'll have to reinstall the empty chunk_cache files again to fix the crashes with mods. You can install it by clicking the "Fix WWE 2k17 Startup Crash with Mods" button in the Data Editor for WWE 2k17. Try the default installation settings first, if those don't work, try various combinations of the advanced installation settings.
