How To Mod Without X-Packer

Hey guys!

I am very new into this and I know that inorder to make mods and replace those texutres we need X packer but for that we need to pay 

Is there any other way that we can extract those textures

For texture modding you can use pac editor and pac tool . Both are "free".

@kim666is the pac tool still being updated with support. The last one I could find was 2.0 from 2K16.

No but it still works for extracting textures.
