So I guys. How can I fix this issue? If i try to use, open or delete a custom that I create with the game, I got a crush

Ensure that your game is updated on Steam, your CPU and video cards aren't overclocked, your video card drivers are up to date (best to use Display Driver Uninstaller in safe mode first to remove all remnants of any old drivers and then download and install the latest drivers from the GPU manufacturer's website - Nvidia/AMD - don't use the drivers provided by Windows update or your computer manufacturer, they are often incomplete) and also that all your video codecs are installed properly (search online on how to do that).
