Need help extracting audio from a couple of files.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0By1MR8DbkUVKT1ZnUHdOOE5QaTA The file called FINKEL.PAC is from WWF Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth for PS2, the file called ringa_HF.yaf is from the game Legends of Wrestlemania for the PS3... if someone could find a way to extract the audio from these files, I would consider you a godlike entity of the internet AAAAAAAAND.... I'll give ya an upvote   Seriously though, if someone can figure out a way to extract these files, it will lead to GREAT things, especially if you are a fan of Howard Finkel  (btw, yes I have tried yaf extractor, it just shows up as white/blank, like nothing even loaded...)

Edit: I figured out how to access the Legends of Wrestlemania one, now if someone can crack the code of that FINKEL.PAC that would be amazing!!  btw, all I had to do was change the file extension to .mp3....
