Roode Not working?

I installed the Bobby Roode mod, dragged the ch files over and then installed the pofo and moveset to slot 509, an empty dummy slot. However Bobby is completely invisible. I tried renaming the ch files to match the slot, 50902 for example, but still invisible and if I try to start a game with him it hangs. What have I done wrong?

Open The Pac File In HXD And Scroll Down A Bit Where You Will Find Some Pac Numbers Like  453(For Example) Rename It To 509.
