Hello. With Cave Waverider's Universal Alternate Attire Unlock installed;

Download and copy these 2 slightly edited pacs into your ch folder [ch12172 is Epico/ch12182 is Primo], it should not overwrite anything;

Now in game go to creations>superstar>WWE Superstar & click on D-Von Dudley, Wrestlemania 8 will be Epico & Wrestlemania 9 will be Primo. Under "Personal Information", choose "No" to "Use as alternate attire" then edit them as you wish.
