Installing MOD stops working

I was wondering why I can't install any MOD lately.. I had installed couple of superstars before and had played each of them with ease..

yet lately I been installing latest updates made by Lyncaz'o but with no luck.

I been using cheat engine as my tool.

Is there any updates with the memory sheet or with 2k17? I tried to uninstall the game and install it back again and still no luck..
