Cant figure out X Packer 2017

Im following Tekken57s video tutorial but not having any luck. It doesnt mention an empty chunk cache do i need one? And if i use the super string my game stops responding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

back up chunk_cache.bin and chunk_cache2.bin and delete them, create a notepad file, this will be called "New Text Document.txt" rename this to "chunk_cache.bin" (note the .txt is now .bin) and do the same again but call it "chunk_cache2.bin" and place them in the Steam/steamapps/common/WWE2K17 folder
