Changing in-game attires isn't working

I added Batista into 2K17, and I have two attires for him.

One of the attires is just his tights, but no elbow and knee pads, and no boots. In the game, I can edit his attire and add those features, and save it. But, when I go back into the in-game editor, the changes have not been applied.

I added Batista's POFO and moveset using Cheat Engine, and everything is good - expect for this issue with saving changes to an attire. I have flipped attires (1 became 2, 2 became 1) but that didn't help.

It's a mod? If it's a mod, usually that creates issues on Creation Suite.
