How to change .pac's ID?

If I want to install mod into different slot, than mod creator made it, which values do I have to change? When I open new (2k17) .pac file in HxD, I cannot find its ID, like last year. Or is it enough to change the name (e.g. ch10102.pac to ch50112)?
