Hi. I'm importing and editing some of the arenas from 2k15, 2k16 into 2k17. I'm looking to add the arenas selection pics as well as the match up screens but cannot find them or how to insert them. Can anyone help please? Also. I'll add the arenas here once finish.

Also. How can I access what's inside a BPE file and how to compress/uncompress them?

I would appreciate your help a lot! Thanks

you are probably looking for the ltag_arena_pic.pac file

It gives me  a BPE file which i cannot open. Any help?
