Cave Waverider Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 (edited) No. It's probably because there are no good tools available to reliably create them yet and most people aren't comfortable doing it manually, although I've done alot of ground breaking down the .pofos, .movesets and .team_info files in the past couple of weeks, you can see the progress in the Data Analysis thread. But you'll see that there are still tons of unknowns there, especially in the .moveset. Hopefully some people will help with deciphering those over time. Also, maintaining such a thread requires devotion and time. Feel free to start one if you wish, I'm sure one of the moderators will sticky it for you. Just make sure to keep it updated.
