I used to be able to make this move easily back when yukes still supported the created finisher feature. Can anyone suggest something similar in-game?

Are you looking to use this for Colt or your own CAW? If it's for Cabana, I suggest Gutbuster Drop, and as a front strong grapple. If not, you can still use that move but if you don't like it, I suggest finding another finisher.

It's for a fictional caw. Gutbuster Drop is ok, but thanks to your suggestion I checked out Gutbuster 3 which is a sit-out version instead of dropping to your knees. I wish it were a backbreaker instead but it'll work fine. Thankyou for your help.
