cheat engine doesn't read the game memory

and every time i try to add any pofo gives me warning 

i installed tekken's hogan successfully but when i tried to install cm punk pofo it missed and made the game to add brutus beefcake with cm punk name 

so i hope if anyone can help 

 

and i also want brutus beefcake pofo to fix what happened in the game

UPDATE : I manage somehow to fix the question marks thing in memory viewer but i need now  brutus beefcake  original pofo file to fix it
