Decimal to Hex For Pofo

I am changing a Pofo using the programmer calculator.  My question is if i change 238 to Hex its EE. So would i enter the 4 digits in the Pofo as 00 EE?

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Two byte big endian EE 00

Two byte little endian 00 EE

It depends what method is used in the file and how many bytes are used for that particular chunk.
