Hair dye bugged? (PC)

So I'm trying to add some blonde to my Kenny Omega hairstyle, unfortunately pressing the dye button does nothing. I've selected the right colour and the counter goes, to 2/2, but no colour change.

I haven't had any issues with the dye tool, though I believe some hair just doesn't accept dye, could be the issue?

Some hair dyes the other way...you can't have it brown and add blonde, but you can start it blonde and dye brown.

I tried to hair dye my personal caw hair he has the long barret hair and when I put white on black the color of the dye is a dark grey inside of white before I had put white on the beard and it was fine but the that was before the Patch so I'm assuming this is a bug that needs fixing.
