Arena Editing (Swapping assets)

I really would like to know how to , with Xpacker 2K17, how to replace/edit/swap arenas.

Per example, I want to replace all of Royal Rumble '16 stuff for Royal Rumble '91 (classic). I have most if not all the Graphics for it ready. HD, and if not enough HD I'll redo some.

I'd like to know how I could actually say, take SNME and copy all of it , over Royal Rumble '16, then what I'd need to do to swap/overwrite the menu screen, pause screen , logo, ect. Of all traces of Royal Rumble 16' as if it was already made in game and the 'sizes' (Templates) of those parts too.

What program do I need beside Xpacker? do the files need to be in a special format? I truly would love to do some beside the audio project I'm on.
