This thread is basically a list and visual guide of renders with paths and ID lists for your convenience.

Thanks for posting this. While I'm not going to create a render tool, I believe @TheVisitorX is working on one and this information will be helpful for him. :)

You will know when it is valid because the warning at the top of this thread will have gone and replaced with a new message that it has been fixed and the list updated.

That's assuming we manage to somehow decompress the render files! Sneaky bastards compressed them this year so we can't read the internal hex strings like we could last year.

That is because xpacker is displaying them wrong. they don't end in 00 and the second byte is missing on all of them.

Nah they're all there, its just the bug causing the issue, look for the last 6 bytes (not including the 00) and you will find all of them.

I see. Well, if people are manually injecting renders via X-Packer for now then these IDs should still be useful as the ones I've actually tested have all worked of course, but in terms of moving forward with the more effective method then hopefully we can get this problem fixed!

Injecting should be fine for the time being because its injecting into the correct location behind the scenes.

Once tekken patches xpacker to fix this bug it should be business as usual, and another few hours of me fixing my list hahaha*sobs gently*

 

List is now fixed.

However I may have made a mistake so please report any mistakes in this thread please.

Thank you again for your work and help! Now that I'm able to inject renders with the new ids, I will prepare my render injection tool for the new CCT update!!!

Sorry for the dumb question, but is it still like 2K16, so you cant add new renders for new modded wrestlers? If i want to add new restlers and having renders for them, I still have to overwrite some other wrestler I dont use? Sorry if answered before, I'm still trying to manage how to read all the news about modding daily, I could've missed missed something.

Yes, still like the old way where you can only overwrite not add.

Believe me the moment somebody figures out a way to add extra renders rather than replacing it will be posted on this site.

It is something I looked into heavily with 2K16 but never found a way, im pretty sure it is hard coded within the main script. I would even like to just be able to move unused renders to added character mods.

itag_typea_p40 and tag_typec_p40 don't seem to be correct.

I am attempting to replace Ivory and cannot get typea and typec renders to display.

Fixed the issue, had nothing to do with the ID codes

All ltag files have been updated with the dlc update. But I'm not sure if there is something new. Only to let you know.

I am working on it, I'm waiting for the latest patch to install to confirm if there are changes to the offsets in the save file which will require changes to the save functionality in X-Packer.

List updated and corrected.

Please report any mistakes to me please.

Included both Alphabetical and CH order for convenience.

Clustered together in new format so you can see all 3 types on the same line.
