Opening Arena videos/trons in 2k17

Was trying to figure out which arena is which in the files by looking at each arena titantron but whenever I try to open them it comes out as a pac file and cannot open it. It's not as straight forward like in 2k15.

Can someone help out on how to open them and get the bike file? Thanks!
