Future strings file freezing game

I just downloaded the future strings string_win.pac and made 1 change to see if it would work. I changed ECW Championship 05 - 10 (or w/e) to ECW Championship, saved, backed up old file and put my new strings file in the pac folder.

I did the changes correctly without removing any characters and zeroing out the data, but the game freezes on the press any button screen.

Any advise?

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I couldn't find any info about this.

Try if this string file works.
