Mods Problems in different Regions?

I've tried a few of the mods here from this forum (and did everything as intended like empty cache file and so on). But it seems that nothing really works as intended. Either the game crashes or if the game works, the mods don't look as intended in game.

Could it be that there are problems with different regions? I'm playing the games Europe steam version (german language). Could it be that the mods don't work probably if they were created with the US version of the game when trying them in other regions?

The only difference is the string file. This file contains the wrestler names.

Yes. Mods made in the US only work in the US.  It's because of the wall. Making America great again one mod at a time.
