Constant Volume for Songs?

anyone got a good tool to prevent songs from being too quiet/too loud in-game? thanks!

102dB has always proven to be an ideal volume for music IME, and I've injected a LOT of themes and songs. Shame they get a little distorted at that volume but we can only blame 2K's poor development for that, the audio team really should know better.

If you have the songs in MP3 format then @TheVisitorXimplemented the ReplayGain plug-in into the Sound Editor 2017 sound converter tool - he said the slider in the tool has a range of 89-105dB with each notch being 1dB, so if you load up an MP3 and set the slider to 3 notches from the right then it should adjust it to 102dB before converting to WEM which should be an ideal in-game volume.
