Weird UV Map Distortion in Blender?

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi, so I loaded up Naomi's hair, both Object 0 and Object 1, applied the texture but now I'm left with a rather distorted looking object. The texture doesn't look like this in the game.

Can anyone help?

You have to select the part you want to paint in blender and see where the uv is

From this screen press tab

Ah I'm not looking to paint or edit the object in any sort of way I just want to preview the texture on it to avoid having to go and back forth between Photoshop and the game. I press tab and the UV map appears but even if I mess around and move the UV map to see if that distorts it, it remains distorted.
