.wem to wav/Mp3 (How?)

Is there a way to turn .Wem to either MP3 or Wav File? If so, please let me know how, as I need to know to edit lines for Howard Finkle/Lillian audio pack. thanks in advance.

You can extract the files as .OGG with the Sound Editor. I think there are a lot of tools which can convert Ogg to Mp3/wav. I use WaveLab for this process

You can rip them from sound files with Ravioli Game Tools as a WAV.
