How to open .pac containing audio? (SYM related)

So, I have the files in .pac of Howard Finkle from Smackdown Shut your mouth, but I need to extract them out of there and listen to them... The question is...How?! I tried searching and I have found nothing but I remember doing it back in the day, if anyone could help me for that , it'd be amazing (as I'm trying to replace Lillian with Fink 100%...) so...if you guys can help me, please don't be shy and let me know.

As far as I remember, SYM was a hard one to crack (along with HCTP) as in for extracting the themes/audio from the games. Only titantrons were easier to be done, but could be wrong if anyone since then has done it.

Well I remember being able to play the audio (thus extract) the lines from Howard Finkle. The only issue is I don't know how to open it since it's a .pac

If we can do it (from the .iso) it would be phenomenal, but one hell of a headache to replace all the audio necessary...Seriously it's a pain, I'm in it now and wow... It'll take forever.
