Ollie™ Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Really basic question but all I can find is tutorials where you jump straight in X-Rey, I can't figure out how to actually get the YOBJ/OBJ files and edit them as I please. Thank you for any help! Quote

A YOBJ is a collection of objects. Once you've got your YOBJ, open it with HxD, change it to YOBJ to JBOY at the top of the text-string column on the right and save it. Then you can open that in X-Rey. If you then want to edit the objects in 3DS or Blender you need to extract the individual object in X-Rey and you can then import that into your modelling software. Might be worth having a read through this thread if you're still getting a grasp of the basics mate http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/62826-x-rey3ds-modding-tutorials/ Quote

Thank you again! Quote
