Alright so you've been warned by the community about this once before @Dennis-Bieser so I'll be locking this thread for the time being.

After talking to both people I can't say it's conclusive either way if they both worked off the same wrestler or if it is a heavily modified version.  However it was noted that this is a modified version of the high energy mod which was originally created by Bugsyboy and should be more prevalent in the preview and the following release.

Other users please take note to credit original creators as much as possible.

Great that you reworked his face - i love the new wrinkles around the nose and the more angled eyes, which make him look more evil, as i remember him, watching as a kid... ;-) it would be great to replay hart vs. yokozuna again!!! :-)
