Man That Reigns (Ashes Of Empire) Is Looking Ugly. Also The Model Is Not Of WWE 2K17  It's Of 16. And His Vest Is Looking Bad Too. But The Other Mods Are Nice.Please Make Any Other Guy As Reigns Is Easy To Create In CAW Suite And He Doesn't Deserves Your Time.

The ref you used is so fucked up. Its kinda unfixable.

There's no specific way. Each ref has a different way depending on the lightning. I usually use burn/dodge tools and an eraser with low opacity to clen out the shiny areas. I also recolor it with the hue/saturation and color balance tools. As I said I can't give you an a to z guide because it's different everytime.
