PCSX 1.2.1 Newb - HCTP Video and Music Missing?

I'm finally getting around to modding my HCTP. I'm starting out with the Ps2 emulator and I have HCTP running well, the only issue I have is that for some reason all of the game BGM and Entrance music does not play during entrances, on the menu screen, or in Create-A-Moveset. Does anyone know what my problem may be?

 

P.s I apologize if this is posted in the wrong area, its my first time posting :)
