Yup, I also changed the kickpads of the original attire to his Rumble 16 kickpads.

You need Universal Attire Unlock (look in Data Editor for 2K17 thread)

yup, just rename the pacs/pachs.

Is that all you have to do for the mods now? You don't even have to open up HXD and change the code. Renaming them does the trick?
