Please can someone help me with the cheat codes to replace Eddie Guerrero with alternate outfit

Eddie with long hair (head 37) and blue/black tights (lower 81)

It's possible but its a lot easier if you want to make it permanent. It has to be done in Hex Editor. I do recall being a guide on how to do this, just not sure if its still around.
