Accidently reset my roster in EWR 2016. Anyway to get it back?

I was around Royal Rumble season doing co-op with my friends and I fucked up and reset my rosters. I had the same exact roster as in WWE today except with AJ Styles was suspended and Nakamura was on Smackdown. Can anyone give me an hand? If it's not the right place to ask for this, I'm sorry.

 

Edit: Ended up doing it manually. Took a while but oh well. Please lock/delete.

Restore to previous saved points in the system menus would have sorted you in 1 minute dude

I tryed to do that but I couldn't find my save file in the folders.
