it looks like the (right side) left temple is outwards away from eyes and (left side) right temple is inwards to his eyes. Does that make sense? lol i don't know how to explain it. If you fix that i think it will look alot better. Also its prob just a testing texture but the lips are higher on right side then left, Side view looks great. A little more tweaking and i think you will have it looking pretty good.

Nice start but the mesh & texture needs more work.

The textures are completely PBR. I dont see anything wrong with the texture.

Sorry but in my opinion the model doesn't look good. I can see only a few percent vin diesel in it. This is better possible.

One of those things, the model in Blender looks pretty awesome but once you get it in-game it doesn't look quite as good. Just a constructive critisism of things I can see right off the bat that you probably already noticed:

Bottom half of the face and the neck look very chunky

Top of the head and the chin are both a little pointy

Lips too wide and thin

Eyes are quite circular, need to be wider and "slittier"

Nostrils look quite small and Vin has big-ass nostrils :lol

 

Very good start however, the side profile in the Blender preview looked perfect but it needs some work to make that translate well in-game :)

As per your suggestions, i have made the following changes to the model.

* Reduce the width of the neck

* Reduce the width of the lower portion of the face

* Made the eyes more narrow

* Made the nostrils go back

*Made the lips smaller and added better shape(as far as the lips goes, it depends on the way the lips look in the reference pics used for sculpting, in the pic i used for sculpting, the lips were long and spread out)

* Abolished pointy chin
