like you now wwe 2k17 coming for pc and i want to by it from steme and before i buy i want to ask when i buy it i get goldberg pack or do i need to buy the Digital Deluxe to get goldberg and is going to be mods for 2k17 ?

Goldberg is in the Standard Edition, so you don't have to buy the Deluxe one to get him. But he is the only DLC in the standard edition.

Yes, modding works the same way as 2K16, 2K confirmed it.
