Editing Move Damage Area

I found many move tutorials that have enabled me to play my game the way I get the most enjoyment from it. One thing I do not like is how little damage submissions do and that some moves seem to damage the wrong areas going off of the animation of the moves. I was wondering has anyone found a way to edit move damage and the location it damages ? Any little help will be appreciated. I don't play online and don't mind giving my steam id so you guys can check that. Thanks for any help.
