You CAN set this as an alternate attire for stardust. Until someone figures out how to cover the face with logos glitch (and basically removing the face paint) from last year.

Copy the image URL

At the bottom right hand side while creating a post, above "Submit Reply," click on insert other media.
Insert image using URL
Paste the image URL
