I've seen a few Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Kojima type tights that seem to be full PDFs of the actual tights. Are they being recreated from scratch or is there a way to map a cut and paste then blend?

Need pointers on how to create full tight designs for guys like.. well guys like Yano where all the whole tights design seems to be multi-layered
