Spotify for Custom Themes (XB1)

I've seen various people over the years mention that you can use Spotify for custom music on PS4. 

 

I just wondered:

a) Is it possible on XB1?

b) If so, how?

Jeff is clearly the victim in all this guys! Let's not forget that he had to grow up the hard way, slinging dope on the streets. Subsequently being imprisoned for doing the shit he did simply to survive, and at some point contracting HIV. Jeff has suffered more than enough for one lifetime, and he doesn't need any negativity in his life. Jeff's in a good place right now, he's rehabilitated and doing well for himself, so don't be a stumbling block on Jeff's journey to accomplish his life long dream of owning his very own grocery store! Think about that next time you decide to twist his words.

I'm using Groove doing the same thing. No WWE themes, sadly, so it's good for ECW, and that's it lol
