Can't download CAW's

Okay so I've had this game since Thanksgiving and I can't seem to download more than 11 create a wrestlers, everytime I download it rewrites / another one , I am downloading to an empty space not over top of another wrestler but no matter what I do it either doesn't download or overwrite one, Beyond frustrating I need help
