well i diddnt know the answer but than i talked to a friend and i found out after typing this damn topic

It seems like that I remember codes that were hacked for SD2 for PS1 that had some like you were describing. Except it was something like making the Twist of Fate shorter. I guess not really combining moves toghter, but close.
