You could compare the image to the skin color you need and make adjustments to the image on gimp.

He means the non textured brows. They automatically throw them on. Next time your editing the attire you could. It's worth a look. And easy.

give this a try,  just add your eye brows and hair, take your time and hopefully it comes out good.
