Question About One Of Jim Ross' Moves

There is a move that Jim Ross has where he does some sort of a head scissors type move that causes the submission bar to pop up. Does anyone have the name of this move & what is the value of it? I'd like to give to one of my CAWs. I would check JR's moves, but it freezes the game when I check it.

use the id mods to make someone you dont want into JR and then he should have JRs moves too....then you should be able to check em out
