PH_Guy is who created that you can try putting it in 2k16 by renaming pac files which is what that guy did, just use the search in 2k15modding on here. you should be able to find that mod. and use attire u desire lol

161:  Randy Orton so, 16102-wrestling attire 16104-entrance attire and so on next would be 16112, 16114 and keep going for however many attire or find out how many randy orton attires there are 161 first 3 and see what the last to is if its like 16172 and 16174 just rename ur pacs 16182 and 16184 but you will have to rename the ids inside too. Do u know how to do that? if not download PACTool and i can walk you threw it! Also are u wanting to add them as extra attires or what dont have enough info about what your trying to accomplish do u have the universal attire unlocker? have you ever added a mod?
