1000 downloaded images - WTF?

Hey so a couple of people have raised this in my topic. Seems there have been people getting this error message when trying to download caws with a heavy amount of logos. 

I personally only have 300 logos and delete the ones I don't need as I go and it told me the same.

I can't even download a CAW I put up now - any one else encountered this yet?

Perhaps another glitch after the now notorious patch 1.04

It is definitely a bug. 300 logos and it thinks you have 1,000? That's a huge miscount 

 

also so weird you can't download your OWN CAW, because you already have those logos.. meaning you shouldn't have to download them again.

 

not to knock 2K, but jeez, why aren't these patches being tested by people who actually play the game? With this, the custom logo opacity disappearing, wake up taunts being broken, it would surprise me if anyone did any real testing at all.

Yea I have been having this issue (I think I am the one who brought it up in your topic). Tich says he is also.

I keep getting the error on certain CAWs. Your Saturn and Tyrant's Severn. Which makes no sense because that Severn has 2 logos. I was able to download Defract's Okada though. It has 29 logos. 

I tried deleting other CAWs with high logo count like GameFreak's Ricochet. Nothing changed. I redownloaded Ricochet but it kept giving me the error when I tried to download his updated version. I could still get his first version. 

**I wonder if there is a CAW part associated with this. IDK.

Right time to start deleting some logos now from my save

I tried deleting all the logos that wasn't associated with anything. No help. I even started deleting arenas etc. Nothing helps. My logo count is 949.

UPDATE:

So I was just able download Nick's Saturn. Before hand, I deleted another arena (someone's Lucha Underground) and all 3 of the TNA belts I had. 

*I did notice Nick only has 2 attires on his Saturn now . Dont know if that helped.

*Still couldnt get Severn before or after grabbing Saturn.

think it may be the 512 logos then. I basically only add them for CAWS - will delete some shit arenas and see if that helps - what a pile of piss - I feel if I hadn't started deleting logos it may not have happened

i just looked my wwe save has about 872 logos

so IDK i never reached the limit last year either though.

Weirdness still ensues:

*I can redownload everything I deleted with no problem.

*Somehow my logo count is still 949. That cant be correct.

*I downoaded 2 other caws this morning (23 logos and 5 logos) with no problem.

Are face textures 512?

Face textures must be at least 512. I wouldn't be surprised if they were more tbh.

yeah you may be onto something what's silly is any face texures i've downloaded i can't even use (for my own purposes of course)

sadly the only link to 2k is their forums and their community manager is completely worthless.

What's really weird is u get this deleted like 4 arena's and they're logos to make "space" for said caw and after I download the caw, I just download the 4 arena's I just deleted no problem. So.........

yeah i had that problem in 2k16 not to mention i was still able to dl caws but any new arenas it kept telling me i was over the limit.

I'm going to test again today. I'll delete a couple of arenas and try Tyrant's Severn. Then re-download the arenas. 

*It would be useful to be able to "filter" which logos are now unused so that I don't  have to search through all of them to find them.

that's because logos always keep their slots, for example if you delete logo 940,  logo 941 will stay on his slot, yoy will have :

logo 938, logo 939, logo 941, logo 942 etc...

that makes zero senc..... oh right.. this is 2k we're talking about here. lol it makes perfect sense
