Is there any way to make the 30 yeats of wrestlemania selectable for Create a Storyline mode?

Secondly does anyone still have a active version of this

Everytime I try to log into it the program says I have a incorrect password. Even after I've verified that what I'm putting in is correct. I just want to unlock some characters and convert/inject some caws for 13 so I can turn this game into a fully attitude era game in preparation for converting the legends game to ps3 format.
